This is a Permanent Part Time appointment at 72 hours per fortnight

Position Profile: An opportunity exists for a Patient Care Assistant to join our team in Moora. The Patient Care Assistant provides personal care to clients of the health service under the direction of a registered nurse and assists with a range of support services (including home support) as directed by the Health Service Manager.

The occupant of this position is required to demonstrate a positive commitment to modelling our organisational values, safety and quality improvement and the Code of Conduct in all aspects of their employment. Compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, standards and legislation including Confidentiality and Work Health and Safety policies is mandatory.
